VSL and Partners is now CBRE Oxford

CBRE has acquired VSL Partners, a leading commercial property consultancy in the Oxford Cambridge Arc (OxCam).

VSL Partners and CBRE have joined forces to provide a comprehensive range of commercial real estate services to landlords and occupiers in the OxCam Arc. The merger aims to support clients with expertise spanning office, and industrial & logistics property types, with a specialised focus on meeting the needs of occupiers in the life sciences and technology sector.

CBRE's New Oxford Office

Since the acquisition, the team has more than doubled in size with a range of new hires. This has resulted in the need to search for new state-of-the-art premises to base their operations.

The newly completed two-storey eco-office, known as The Dutch Barn, is located on a small business park in Botley in the Oxfordshire area. Eight specialist CBRE property teams worked together on the design and rebuild to create a collaborative space with an office of up to 48 personnel, with break-out zones, meeting and presentation areas, and facilities such as an outdoor terrace.
