We expect an improvement in economic growth throughout the year, boosted by positive signals such as falling inflation, growth in real income, and stabilising house prices.

However, risks remain related to the path of inflation – although inflation has reached the Bank of England's 2% target, we anticipate volatility for the rest of the year.
