Capital Flows into the European Residential Sector H2 2022

CBRE's Capital Flows into the European Residential Sector report analyses major trends in the residential investment market. 2022 residential investment totalled almost €60bn, 58% of which came from cross-border investors. Investment managers and private equity were responsible for 57% of all cross-border investments. Berlin, Madrid and Paris were the top destinations for international capital.
