  • Take-up for office space in the UK Markets during Q2 totalled 1.0m sq ft. This brought year-to-date take-up to 1.9m sq ft.

  • This represents a fall of 33% when compared to the five-year H1 average but just -4% on the same period in 2020, a positive sign for the market.

  • Availability across the UK Markets increased 4% over the quarter to stand at 16.7m sq ft at the end of Q2 2021.
