Investment into the UK commercial real estate market totalled £10.2bn in Q2 2026. Offices attracted the most capital in Q2, followed by Living. Over the past 12 months, Living has seen the strongest volume of any sector, with Offices, Living, and Hotels all posting year-on-year increases in rolling annual investment.

 

Capital has been evenly split between domestic and foreign investors in H1 2026. North American investors led foreign activity, followed by European investors.
