UK office take-up across major markets totalled 5.8m sq ft in 2025, remaining above the five-year average and pointing to steady underlying demand.

 

Availability continued to ease, falling to 19.3m sq ft by the end of Q4, as new supply remained constrained. Completions reached 2.1m sq ft over the year, broadly in line with long-term average delivery levels.
