UK long income total returns were 1.0% in Q2 2026, according to the CBRE Long Income Index. This was driven by income return as capital values fell by 0.4%.

 

Income Strips saw capital values increase over the quarter, while Sale & Leaseback and Ground Rent values fell throughout Q2.
