Take-up across the UK’s Golden Triangle reached 441,200 sq ft across 39 deals in H1 2026, 76% up on the same period last year, with both quarters above the 148,100 sq ft long-term average.

 

All 817,800 sq ft of H1 completions landed in Cambridge and Oxford, yet London holds 1.5m sq ft of the 3.0m sq ft under construction to Q2 2029.
