The 28-acre city centre site was acquired out of administration and developed by Sovereign Centros from CBRE in partnership with Ares, Shepherd Construction and Lloyds Bank
- The development comprised a new shopping centre of 650,000 sq ft, 60+ units and 1000 car parking spaces.
- The scheme is anchored by Sainsbury’s, Next and H&M, and has a footfall of 11 million per annum.
- It opened in May 2011 and was sold to Orion Capital Managers in 2014.
