CBRE acted as Development Manager and Project Manager on behalf of Royal London for the Earnshaw, a prominent commercial development in Central London. The scheme included a major pre-let to GSK, reinforcing its strategic importance and market appeal.
We led the delivery of the project and coordinated the technical and commercial negotiations with GSK to ensure a successful integration and handover to the tenant.
The project reached practical completion in late 2023, marking a successful outcome for Royal London and demonstrating CBRE’s expertise in delivering complex, high-value developments. GSK’s headquarter building, “the world’s healthiest workplace” has gone on to win The Innovation Award at the 2025 BCO Awards and the Best Smart Building at the ISE and Innovation awards.
