CBRE were delighted to advise Macquarie Principal Finance on the sale of Tavis House, 1-6 Tavistock Square London WC1.
We deployed a targeted marketing campaign to a pre-agreed list of parties to generate competitive tension in quick order. Tavis House was a complex leasehold, value-add investment opportunity.
We were able to highlight various future strategies and underpin robust business plan options using CBRE research and leasing advice.
CBRE provided due diligence packs to aid the execution process and the sale was completed in a short timeframe, in excess of the quoting terms.
