CBRE was instructed on the sale of Lever Building, 85 Clerkenwell Road, on behalf of Amsprop in January 2021.
The property was launched into a challenging market, in the midst of a national lockdown and was the only property of scale located in the City to launch in Q1 2021.
By utilizing CBRE’s intimate knowledge of the hottest buyers, the team was able to secure a strong offer after just two weeks of marketing. As a result of the forensic pre-sale due diligence conducted prior to launch, the deal exchanged three working weeks later with the client delighted at the result.
