CBRE Development Management have undertaken a number of initiatives on the 310,000 sq ft shopping centre since 2020. This has included:
- Redevelopment of the former House of Fraser store to provide a new flagship Primark store due to open in early 2026.
- A centre wide refurbishment which has modernised the internal malls and signage and provided improved prominence to external entrances.
- Feasibility exercises to introduce complementary alternative uses such as leisure and food & beverage to enhance tenant mix.
- Assessing options for significant residential redevelopment alongside the shopping centre.
- Office refurbishment and upgrade to communal areas.
- Regearing of Local Authority headlease completed.
