Transformation of a 335,000 sq ft retail park.

CBRE Development Management were responsible for overseeing the transformation of a 335,000 sq ft retail park with 30 units and parking for over 1,300 cars traditional bulky goods park into a fashion led retail destination.
Initiatives include:
- M&S – Redevelopment undertaken to create a flagship 60,000 sq ft variety store. Nike was introduced to the park in the former Simply Food unit.
- Casual Dining – Following its relocation within the park, refurbishment of a 7,900 sq ft former Pets at Home unit into food/café units including Costa and Subway.
- Park Enhancements – Initiatives have been undertaken across the park which include upgrading frontages, remodelling the car park to increase capacity and introducing dedicated staff parking.
- Homebase – Redevelopment of the former Homebase to create a Next flagship store and modern units for River Island, New Look and JD.
- Asset management initiatives have improved tenant mix, lease lengths, rental income and capital value.
- After nearly 15 years advising on the park, it has recently been sold to Realty Income.
