CBRE secured planning consent for this office building as part of a wider development scheme, successfully completing construction in early 2023. The building includes an affordable workspace component, requiring careful consideration of cost, value, and risk throughout the design and delivery process.

We have led the design development, focusing on efficiency and optimisation ahead of procurement. A clear vision and design concept were established early, helping to guide decision-making and enhance the building’s long-term value. This was further supported by approved changes submitted through the Non-Material Amendment (NMA) process.

The project reflects CBRE’s collaborative, multidisciplinary approach bringing together planning, development management, and design expertise to deliver a high-quality, commercially viable asset that responds to both market needs and community priorities.
