CBRE advised Poly Global on the successful disposal of 5 Fleet Place. The building comprises 130,500 sq ft and is the headquarters for Charles Russell Speechlys, a leading law firm.
Located close to Farringdon, the building had been managed through a refurbishment of the lower parts of the building and remodelling of the reception and tenant amenity space by CBRE’s Asset Management team and the subsequent sale offered long income in high quality, freehold building.
Following a competitive open-market process, the sales team sold the building to Hong Kong-based Manhattan Garments Group.
