CBRE acted as Development Manager for the proposed redevelopment of an existing asset in Guildford. This project aimed to deliver a high-quality office building in a key regional location.

We successfully advised our client through the planning submission process, which was submitted in December 2020 and resulted in planning consent being granted in early 2021. This marked a significant milestone in unlocking the site’s potential and aligning the scheme with both commercial and policy objectives.

Following the approval, CBRE worked closely with architects, cost consultants, and planning advisors, undertaking extensive financial modelling to optimise the scheme.
