CBRE advised Landsec on the disposal of this exceptionally rare City of London freehold estate.
It was a very targeted off-market campaign to a small handful of pre-qualified parties invited into the process.
The property was sold to Singaporean investor Sun Venture as their second acquisition following One New Oxford Street (CBRE Sale).
1&2 New Ludgate was the largest transaction in Central London in 2020.
