Employee Business Resource Groups
Employee Business Resource Groups enable CBRE to accentuate the value of a diverse employee base.

Talent, above all else, is cultivated and nourished as the foundation of the CBRE culture. Our Employee Business Resource Groups are open to all CBRE employees.

The Women's Network aspires to attract and retain the most talented women, to develop their skills and to aid their success and advancement in the company specifically as well as the real estate industry generally.
The Women's Network continue to influence the Diversity & Inclusion policies at CBRE, resulting in securing fully paid shared parental leave for men and for women in 2018, ongoing maternity coaching for our women, unconscious bias training being rolled out for leadership and across the business and a focus on inclusive leadership and training programmes for our staff.
Our informal promotion mentoring programme for women has just been relaunched. As a network we run numerous events across the UK throughout the year, which are open to all from our annual conference, client events and well as more formal and informal networking opportunities.
