Some of the support we can offer you during your interview process with CBRE Advisory:

  • We can send you interview details and questions before the interview.
  • You can send us your answers to the questions before your interview or send additional follow up answers after your interview.
  • You're welcome to bring notes.
  • We'll ask questions one by one.
  • We'll schedule interviews well in advance.
  • We'll provide you with our interviewer's names, company info, and photos.
  • We'll let you know what to expect during the interview process.
  • We can arrange one-on-one interviews.
  • We'll send you an interview agenda.
  • We'll confirm interview arrangements via email.
  • We offer different interview formats: phone, video, in-person.
  • We can offer alternative dates/times if you are unable to make you interview.

For in-person interviews:

  • We'll send you detailed directions to the venue.
  • We'll let you know about the building’s accessibility.
  • We'll accommodate specific interview times.
  • We'll let you know what to wear.
  • We can arrange for you to visit the venue beforehand.
  • We'll make sure the interview room is accessible.
  • You can bring someone along to support you.

For remote interviews:

  • We can provide live captions or a sign language interpreter.
  • You can choose to turn your camera off.
  • We can remove any background effects on the interviewer’s screen.
  • If you're attending an assessment centre, we can offer extra time, larger fonts, coloured backgrounds for screens or print, and volume adjustments during presentations.
