This tool enables us to extensively benchmark contract terms and clearly illustrate the benefits of our process and market expertise to our clients, including how we’ve reduced commercial risks and added value.
Our unique combination of transaction experience, detailed market knowledge and relationships with data centre Operators, provide us with a unique insight into market dynamics across EMEA and the ability to secure the best commercial terms for our clients.
