Capabilities

• Manage relationships and communication between Landlords, Tenants & Sub-Tenants
• Develop and oversee Annual Property Plans or Portfolio Strategies
• Co-ordinate services between the occupier, CBRE service lines and other service providers
• Provide asset management of the portfolio and identify income enhancement opportunities
• Provide Strategic and tactical review of critical date reports and implementation of actions
• Review and maintain control of leasehold liabilities including rents, service charges and insurance
• Support operational management of sublet buildings and spaces, including common area services and vacant units
• Interface with local municipalities and neighbours / adjoining owners
• Undertake Estate Management Inspections to ensure lease compliance and identify savings opportunities
