High Speed 2 Euston Station to the M25

We have been negotiating the acquisition of property around Euston Station and the Old Oak common interchange for this high-profile national infrastructure project since 2009. We also provide property cost estimates along the whole network, and have been involved in introducing voluntary property support and compensation schemes and assisting the passing of the Hybrid Bill through Parliament.

Thames Tideway Tunnel 26km along the River Thames

We provided strategic compulsory purchase and land assembly advice to support the delivery of this major new sewage system developed to protect the River Thames from increasing pollution for the next 100 years. We worked with Thames Water through the Development Consent Order process to buy the land and properties needed for the development which is due to complete in 2023.

Croydon Partnership (Unibail – Rodamco – Westfield and Hammerson) Croydon Town Centre

We have worked for the Partnership with the London Borough of Croydon to assemble land for the £1.4billion repurposing of an outdated shopping centre. This will provide new leisure, workplace, and retail space and almost 1,000 new homes, which is part of a wider regeneration agender for the town. Our advice on compulsory purchase and compensation has enabled the Partnership to assemble a site with multiple owners, that otherwise would not be capable of the redevelopment.
