CBRE Appoints Edmund Krznarić as Head of Leasing Office Services for Croatia

CBRE, the global leader in commercial real estate services, has appointed Edmund Krznarić as Head of Leasing Office Services department for Croatia, within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office. Edmund succeeds Martina Tomašević, who continues in her role as Country Head Croatia.

Edmund brings a decade of experience in the Croatian commercial real estate market, with a strong focus on office properties. Throughout his career, he has also worked across industrial & logistics, retail, and residential sectors, providing clients with comprehensive market expertise. He joined CBRE in 2023 and has since contributed significantly to the company’s growth and client success in Croatia.
