Boško Tomašević Recognized Among CEE’s Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders

Boško Tomašević, Managing Director of CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in the CEE region real estate industry by Property Forum in its prestigious CEE TOP 100 list for 2025, presented during the CEE Property Forum & Awards Gala in Vienna, one of the region’s most notable real estate events.

This curated list celebrates leaders shaping the future of real estate across Central and Eastern Europe. It is compiled based on industry impact, market performance, and leadership influence. Unlike a traditional ranking, the list is presented in alphabetical order, ensuring equal recognition for all featured leaders.

Boško’s inclusion reflects his strategic leadership and commitment to driving transformation in the SEE region. Since becoming Managing Director in January 2021, he has led CBRE SEE through a period of expansion and innovation, positioning the company as a trusted leader across eight SEE markets.

Under his leadership, CBRE SEE opened new offices in Zagreb (2021) and Ljubljana (2022), complementing established operations in Belgrade and Sofia. Over the past five years, the company has achieved sustained growth across all service lines and strengthened its market leadership. Looking ahead, CBRE SEE aims to enhance its integrated service solutions, expand its presence in emerging SEE markets, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation, while continuing to attract and develop top industry talent.

Boško joined CBRE in 2018 as Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, coinciding with the establishment of CBRE’s regional office for SEE. Over the course of his 20-year career in real estate, which began with two formative years in New York, he has built deep expertise across multiple market segments and geographies.

He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is passionate about mentoring young professionals. Above all, he values time with his family, balancing a demanding professional life with being a proud father of three.
