Peter Wright is a Vice President with CBRE’s multifamily investment team. He represents owners, investors and developers of apartment buildings across greater Seattle, with a focus on transit-oriented development. Over a decade-long career in commercial real estate, Peter has closed more than 100 transactions totaling more than $200 million in total consideration.

Prior to joining CBRE, Peter was a Senior Investment Advisor with Paragon, assisting owners and investors in strategic acquisition and development of projects around the region. Peter prides himself on his ability to provide clients with expert advice.
