Cameron is a market leader in Christchurch investment and development sales, having consistently ranked as CBRE Christchurch’s top-performing agent since 2021, and the highest cumulative performer over that period by a substantial margin. Over the past 2.5 years, he has transacted approximately $450 million of sales, underpinning a significant share of CBRE Christchurch’s transactional activity. He consistently achieves some of the highest annual transaction volumes across the Canterbury region and works closely alongside national colleagues.

Cameron previously worked in CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services and now specialises in sales in excess of $10 million in Canterbury, and across the South Island. The skills developed from his past valuation experience have given Cameron an outstanding market knowledge across a wide variety of assets and clients, enabling him to provide a high calibre of professional services for his clients’ property requirements.

Since moving into the brokerage team in 2017, Cameron has been involved in over $950 million in transactions, including some of the largest Christchurch investments such as the PwC Centre ($47m), Vodafone South Island HQ ($58m), 123 Victoria Street ($59m) and Move Logistics Rolleston ($64m). In 2025, Cameron led the CBRE sale campaign for 76–78 & 100 Park Terrace ($42m), setting a city record for a development site transaction.
