According to CBRE’s Monthly Index, all property capital values declined by 0.1% in June, while rental values increased by 0.4%, resulting in total returns of 0.4% for the month.


Across Q2 2026, capital values fell by 0.2%, while rental values rose by 0.6%. Total returns for the quarter reached 1.2%.
