According to CBRE’s Monthly Index, UK commercial property posted positive total returns in August, however capital values continued to decline.
Rental values increased by 0.1% across the retail, industrial, and office sectors during the month.
Capital values rose in retail, remained flat in offices, and declined in industrials.
