CBRE is instructed to prepare and submit an outline planning application for the redevelopment of The Alan Nuttall Partnership Ltd land at Hall Street, Dudley for a residential-led mixed-use development.

The application will be made in outline which means that consent will be sought for the proposed development types and a maximum quantum of floorspace/ number of homes. Detailed designs and layout will be considered at a later stage when a developer is selected to deliver the scheme.

  • Up to 0.38ha / 3,790sqm commercial floorspace; and
  • The conversion of the former ‘Bean Cars’ building to residential or commercial use.
