Kames Capital is preparing a planning application for a new landmark office development at 39 Deansgate.
Designed by Sheppard Robson Architects, the new 17 storey office building will provide over 135,000 sqft of net premium office space set over 5,000 sqft of active ground floor retail or restaurant use. The proposals are being designed to Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) ‘Excellent’ standards.
CONSULTATION DROP-IN SESSION
Ahead of the proposed submission in early 2020 we would like to hear your views on the proposals.
We are holding a drop-in consultation session on Thursday 28th November 2019 between 3pm and 7.30pm at 39 Deansgate, M3 2BA. Members of the project team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer any questions you may have.
However, if you are unable to attend or would like to look through the plans again then a copy of Exhibition Boards will be uploaded following the event.
