CBRE’S ROLE Disposal
PGIM appointed CBRE to advise on the disposal of the two intermediary long leasehold interests at Vintners Place, a landmark riverside office building overlooking the river Thames in the City of London. CBRE originally acquired the interests on behalf of the fund in 2008 and 2011. The investment provided a rare opportunity to acquire a ground rent investment with 121 years of exceptionally secure income paid by the Vintners’ Company, one of the Great Twelve Livery Companies.
