CBRE provided strategic advice to L&G on the various options available to them with input from the CBRE leasing and investment teams (office and hotel specialists) to ensure they would be maximising value. By running a leasing and investment campaign in tandem, we were able to advise L&G on the route that would be most attractive from a risk-reward perspective. After receiving multiple offers for both occupational leases and the freehold interest, CBRE successfully concluded a sale of the building.
