Achieving Scale and Pace
CBRE’s second annual Residential Capital Markets Conference was held on Tuesday 6 November at the Ham Yard Hotel in London, this year focusing on ‘Achieving Scale and Pace’.
Over 200 developers and investors from around the world packed out the theatre as CBRE and industry experts discussed global capital flows, land supply, key deal trends on the transactional side, and the evolving debt markets. The agenda also covered co-living, and the residential spectrum, including Build to Rent, student accommodation and affordable housing, and how we achieve all this at scale and at pace.
Thank you to all our speakers and those who travelled from far and wide to join us. We hope you found the afternoon thought provoking and insightful.
