Office and Industrial capital values up marginally in Q2 2019 as Retail values fall -2.2%

  • At the All Property level, capital values fell -0.3% in June, bringing year-to-date capital growth to -1.2%.
  • All Property total returns were 1.5% for H1 2019.
  • Over the first half of 2019, Retail capital values fell -5.0% while rental values fell -1.8%.
  • Industrial capital values increased 1.3% over the first six months of 2019 and Office sector values increased 1.0%.
