• Q1 2019 saw just over half a million sq ft of office space taken in the South East (in transactions of 10,000 sq ft plus). Although slightly stronger than the same quarter in the previous year, take-up remains 14% below the five-year Q1 average.
  • Grade A supply continues to be severely constrained with just 3.1 million sq ft available at the end of Q1. This is the lowest Grade A supply has been since 2015 and 25% below the five year quarterly average.
