• The UK should have left the European Union on 29 March 2019. However, with this now pushed to the end of October there is a significant shadow of uncertainty hanging over the Norhtern Ireland market.

  • With both leasing and investment volumes down in the first half of 2019 compared to earlier years, it’s clear the market is slow, with limited international activity.

  • Despite these pressures, there is still much to shout about in the Northern Ireland market, particularly in and around Belfast which remain in robust health.
