Robust demand drives take-up to new level

  • Office gross take-up was 48,300 sq m in Q4 2019, representing an increase of 36% from previous quarter. The full year registered a total of 194,000 sq m.
  • The relocation of companies continues to be the main driver for office dynamics both in Q4 2019 in the full year.
  • Vacancy rate was 5.2% at the end of 2019 and 2.9% if we exclude the Western Corridor zone.
  • Prime rents remained under an upward pressure in the last quarter of the year having increased in several zones, outstanding the Riverfront Area (+21%). Further rental growth is expected.
