Central London in October 2020

  • Office take-up in Central London remained subdued at 193,500 sq ft, down 53% on the September total.
  • Supply increased to 21.0m sq ft during the month, rising to its highest level since 2009.
  • Under offers remained largely unchanged at 2.2m sq ft, below the trend level of 3.2m sq ft.
  • Investment totalled £312m, bringing the year-to-date total to £3.6bn.
