Central London take-up fell in November 2018 to 0.7m sq ft, below the 10-year average of 1.1m sq ft.

Availability remained largely stable, declining by just 1% to 14.8m sq ft.

Under offers remained above the 10-year trend at 3.5m sq ft, representing a year-on-year increase of 25% from November 2017.

The largest deal of the month was by WeWork at Friars Bridge Court, SE1, totalling 99,800 sq ft.
