Central London in February 2021
-Central London office take-up totalled 190,400 sq ft in February, the lowest monthly total since the Covid-19 pandemic began.
-There was 25.1m sq ft available space, of which 78% was secondhand.
-Under offers were relatively stable at 1.8m sq ft, remaining below the 10-year trend of 3.2m sq ft.
-There was 11.7m sq ft under construction, of which 38% was pre-let or under offer.
-Central London office investment totalled £513m, bringing the year-to-date total to £875m.
