Central London in February 2020

  • February take-up totalled 599,300 sq ft, bringing the year-to-date total to 1.3m sq ft.
  • Availability saw a 5% increase to 13.9m sq ft, remaining just below the 10-year average of 14.1m sq ft.
  • Under offers fell by 7% to 3.4m sq ft but remained above the 10-year trend of 3.2m sq ft.
  • Office investment totalled £229m, up 3% from the February 2019 level.
