  • April take up was limited at 489,400 sq ft, falling below the 10-year average of 1.1m sq ft.
  • Availability fell by 1% during the course of the month to 13.3m sq ft.
  • Under offers were up 4% to 3.8m sq ft, remaining above the 10-year average of 3.0m sq ft.
  • Total Central London investment was £0.7bn, bringing the year to date total to £3.0bn.
