Take-up totalled 524,900 sq ft across Central London in February, representing an increase of 41% from the previous month.

Availability remained largely unchanged at 14.1m sq ft, rising by less than 1%.

Under offers rose to 3.9m sq ft, above the average level for the fifteenth consecutive month.

The largest deal was taken by Sony Music at Building S1, Handyside Street, where the occupier acquired 124,600 sq ft.
