  • August take-up in Central London totalled 631,000 sq ft, falling below the 10-year average of 1.1m sq ft.
  • Supply remained largely stable, declining by 2% month-on-month to 12.9m sq ft.
  • Under offers were up 8% to 4.1m sq ft, remaining well above the 10-year trend of 3.1m sq ft.
  • Office investment totalled £0.2bn, bringing the year-to-date total to £5.8bn.
