Jack Frid is based in CBRE's Beverly Hills office where he specializes in Tenant and Buyer Representation with a focus on the Technology, Media, and Entertainment industries in Greater Los Angeles. Jack is known for his relentless dedication to his clients throughout the lifecycle of a real estate lease or acquisition/disposition. He is keenly aware that a holistic approach to a company's real estate strategy can greatly impact the image, appeal, and profitability of an organization.
Jack's expertise in strategic site planning and selection, market/data analysis, lease and acquisition/disposition negotiations, and financial/risk analysis, coupled with his hands-on approach and broad transactional experience, enable his clients to make the most informed and beneficial real estate decisions.
