Other recent projects include the successful disposal of our client’s freehold interest in iconic 100 Bothwell Street in central Glasgow. Office agency – Completed the two largest pre-lets in central Edinburgh in 2018 at Capital Square.
Office agency – We represented Scottish Power, Morgan Stanley and Clydesdale Bank in arranging Glasgow’s largest office pre-lets in 2013, 2016 and 2018.
Industrial agency – In terms of the industrial & logistics market, we represented Amazon in arranging Scotland’s largest pre-let in 2017.
BCD – The Scottish Building consultancy team advise on over 5,000,000 sq ft of property per year.
Valuation – Within Scotland, we undertake regular valuations for institutional funds with a value of approximately £2.5bn.
Capital Markets – Our Capital Markets team has been involved in over £360m of transactions in Scotland in 2018.
Planning – In 2018, we delivered planning consent for 456 hotel / apart-hotel beds, c. 12,000sqm of industrial/business floorspace, and c.700sqm of retail/leisure space across a range of projects, clients, and locations.
Rating – We have over 200 clients in Scotland and provide rates advisory services in respect of more than 3,000 Scottish Non-domestic properties. In 2018 we saved our clients in excess of £7 million in rates and water rates liabilities.
