Managing Director, Property Management UK
Emma Buckland is Managing Director of Property Management for the United Kingdom at CBRE. In this role she has responsibility for an 850-person team providing market-leading property and asset management services across 5,000+ properties in the UK. In addition, she is a member of the UK Executive Committee and the CBRE UK Management Board. She is also Executive Sponsor of CBRE’s Future Leaders programme.
Emma has been appointed CBRE’s Global President of Property Management with effect on January 1, 2020.
Emma joined CBRE in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer of the UK Property Management team responsible for the operational delivery of all services across the country. Emma brings a broad range of experience to her role, having joined CBRE from FICO, a US-listed leader in predictive analytics and decision management software, where she held the position of EMEA Operations Director. In this role, she was responsible for operations across 25 countries with revenues of $170M. Prior to this, Emma spent three years at Goldman Sachs in London and Paris leading a client-facing Operations team in the Securities Division.
Emma holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BA in Modern Languages from University College London.
