UK Monthly Index March 2023

The CBRE Monthly Index monitors UK commercial property performance and changes in total returns, capital growth and rental value growth. In March, all property capital values increased 0.6%. Retail and industrial capital values increased by 1.1% and 1.3% respectively, while the office sector recorded a 0.3% decline. Explore more in the full report.
