South East Office Figures Q4 2024

In the South East office markets, take-up of units larger than 10,000 sq ft totalled 474,200 sq ft in Q4 2024 and 2.3m sq ft for the full-year – a 5% increase from 2023 and the highest annual figure since 2021.
