Supporting Action for Children this Christmas

Thousands of children will wake up homeless on Christmas day. Many will experience increased domestic violence and may end up in emergency care. Many in the care system will feel sad and alone. For these children, Christmas simply doesn’t exist.

That’s why, this Christmas we are proud to be working with Action for Children to help vulnerable children living in our cities. Together, we are recruiting Secret Santas to help Action for Children keep foster children safe and warm.

How to become a Secret Santa

If you would like to join our campaign, you can become a Secret Santa by donating £10 in one of two ways:

Why be a Secret Santa?

The funds we raise will help Action for Children keep foster children safe and warm this Christmas by:

  • Providing trained Emergency Foster Carers to ensure children in care have a safe and loving home over Christmas
  • Keeping some of Action for Children centres open over the holidays to support families who have nowhere else to go
  • Distributing food from local food banks to make sure children don't go hungry
  • Calling children on Christmas day to let them know someone is thinking of them.
